I was somewhat chastened by Mrs. Chaka's defense of Wisconsin in the previous post but seeing this in the Times this afternoon, I feel vindicated.
Although my particular bigotry towards Wisconsin stems from a trip I took to my cousin's wedding. I stopped in at the gas station and maybe it was me in my cable-knit sweater, or perhaps the fact that they were selling children's toys next to guns out on open shelves, but I just sort of felt out of place . . .
