That story has made it's way from the blogs to the AP, I see.
Every time I've seen this story, the same purported examples of liberal bias are trotted out. They're all absurd.
Still, if the project gets a bunch of people to try their hand at translating the Bible, I won't complain. To quote Martin Luther: “I thank God that he gave me the opportunity to translate the Bible. Otherwise I would have died under the mistaken assumption that I was a learned man.”
